Job Duties
Caldwell Consulting & Development is looking for a motivated, organized, and hard-working individual who has excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Implement sales strategies to increase sales and productivity.
- Visit job sites to take field measurements and to go over logistics.
- Take on many tasks that encompass the successful completion of a project.
- Communicate effectively with customers, inspectors, and/or team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks.
- Maintain paperwork in an organized manner.
- Ability to learn the Quickbooks system to manage accounts receivable and process payments.
- Manage all the ongoing projects from beginning to completion.
- Book traveling arrangements as needed for workshops and/or events.
- Estimating projects (will train).
Starting Wage: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Part-Time/Contractor Options
Caldwell Consulting and Development is a company whose focus is residential and commercial renovation. We are looking for motivated, serious applicants, seeking a long-term position in a family-run remodeling company.
- Applicants will be expected to work alone, or as part of a 2-3 persons crew to complete all phases of remodeling projects.
- 1-2 years of experience as a carpenter and remodeling field-related work is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license. (Company vehicle opportunity.)
- Must have transportation to and from work.
- Must speak English.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in residential remodeling, mainly kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- Cabinet installation, finish trim, drywall, demolition, light framing, and painting.
